Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the return form provided in the portal.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
